I met Rob in 2001 in Bosnia. He was part of the USO tour. Very funny guy & down to earth. I'm relieved to know that he didn't let Hollywood change his core values.

The willingness to recognize that you are getting a little older, and it's no longer about a chase to get a role at all costs, but rather about family and what you are gonna leave for them. An example of someone who doesn't care to be friends with anyone that doesn't want to be friends with him. Someone who refuses to chase after Hollywood acceptance for money in exchange for his own dignity as an individual. Great guy all around here.

I went independent a few years ago. After the Republicans froze out Merrick Garland's nomination, I remember a commentator saying that if you reversed the situation the Democrats would do the exact same thing. Opened my eyes to the fact that the parties see themselves as more important than the country. The country is all of us-- even the people who are inconvenient to the goals of any political party.

I wish we could find some normal folks in the middle that cared about the country and not political and religious agendas. It's ridiculous how bad the political system is now. Mate, I'm in my late 30s and I remember that. My dad voted LNP (conservative) and my mum voted Labor (Social democrats), and there were never any arguments about politics in our house, even among people we knew. Personally I am centre-left, although socially I may lean a little to the right. I don't identify with them far left loonies at all, not even my mum does. We kinda represent what the left used to be, not the hollow husk it seems to be today, sadly.

All very down to earth people. After filming the Water Park in Grown Ups they showed up at a restaurant and paid everyone's bill. It was Spade, Sandler, and Rock.

He was filming a movie in my town when we were kids we rode up on bikes to meet him and he was dog tired everybody said he probably wouldn't have time to talk to us but he still signed autographs on binder paper cause it's all we had and even though he was tired he still hung out and joked with us cause he could tell we were some big fans and just some poor kids on beat up bikes and dirty clothes. Mad respect to him as a human he made our year!!

Man I grew up loving Rob in his various roles. He always felt like a genuinely nice and cool guy to be around. I'm so happy to have my assumptions confirmed now by him coming out and telling it like it is. I hope he knows how many people love him and have his back. God bless him and his family.

What are you on about ? "late 50s is old" you say?? When did this happen ??? I'm near 65 and I don't consider myself remotely "old". It's 2.30 am here - I've just finished helping a mate build a mall unit for the Christmas trade / I can still cycle 200 miles in a day / and I'm just getting back into motorcycling after a 46 year break - snap out of it, man!

Congratulations to Rob Schneider for Standing up for he believes in and not going along with the Woke mob. The fear they create if you don't follow with them is ridiculous. And many of the things they stand for are outrageous and anti American. Having faith or believing in your family should not be a trigger for criticism or a reason to be ostracized.
