this reminds me of my elementary days. We were having some sort of mini prom because we're graduating, my bestfriend asked me to dance with him. "After 10 years I'll dance with you during our wedding." he jokingly said. Now I'm already 23 years old and i remember our prom during my senior high days, I was so happy seeing him dance and laugh in the dance floor but at the same time i felt my heart being crushed looking at the view of my bestfriend who's also my crush dancing with another girl.

when I heard this song, I thought it's Juan Karlos' voice. Way back during our prom night, there are tenue lights, we were wearing classy clothes. I've witnessed how he (ex m.u. now) walked towards me and how he offered his hand and took it with my heart beating crazy. He's looking directly at me with a big smile on his face. I smiled too. This moment...it looks like I’ve been waiting for this my entire life, I can’t see anything, just the beautiful face of him and the feeling of a moment that I will never forget. My heart beating like we’re destined to be together. The music starts to play entitled, "Buwan" by Juan Karlos. He hold me into his arms and we're turning around at the rhythm of the music and it’s like nobody else exists, only me and him. When I saw his eyes looking at me with love and happiness I knew this is my home. I knew that I won’t be able to walk away from it. Out of nowhere, I hugged him and put my head on his chest instead of shoulder because he's too tall and just let it be. I have always waited for the person that shakes my entire world and there it is, it's already 12 am, body to body, heat to heat, and the music is the only thing we can pay attention to. We kept on dancing with our body close together and I remember we were first and last dance. Hi, love. It's been a year since you cut the connection between us. Yeah, we're okay now and talking casually. I don't have urge to say this to you directly but yep, I missed you so bad. Thank you for all the moments that we had (that turned into memories). Nung bata pa ko. Lagi kong pinipigilan sila mama at papa mag away. Siguro 6 or 7 years old ako neto. Pero nung nag 10 na ata ako or 13. Nag babatuhan sila ng gamit pero wala na kong pake alam. I dedicate this song for someone I used to deep talk every night and had lots of conversation which we had almost know each other and compliment to each career. We had our paths crossed and journey taken together. But the time after accomplishing our career and goals had everything changed. We never talk to each other again like we never met, we became strangers. Imagine when you helped each other to accomplish your same goals, establish trust and level of closeness is not ordinary.
