Roast BEEF Over the Camp FIRE

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

After the success of the roast chook a few months back we tried our hand again with the Compact Campfire and put on a roast beef. We used a simple mix of spices for the rub, using what we had on hand and lets just say there weren't many leftovers!

I love the idea of having a slice of garlic in each piece of the meat. Looks delicious. Nice to hear the birds in the background 🐦 and see the dog by your side.

It came up really good, and you could taste the garlic through it. Defs gonna do that again.
