If the oven gets too hot the knob on top rotates the holes and closes them, at least on the newer models

My Angus steers love parsnips and carrots .Sometimes I order a artic tipper load of wonky veg that the supermarkets have rejected

It was quite a small joint I’d say it would feed two hungry Carpers quite adequately

Ooh, please do think, the tongs used for your beans, I saw you pick up raw meat with those! Not so bad with beef, but not wise I’d you’re handling raw chicken. Hope that’s ok. Maybe you’re washing up in between, but probably not bank side!
