Have been in Gatlinburg/Pigeon forge since the 25th. Going home tomorrow, the last day of November. Tried to visit Roaring Fork, but it was closed for the season. I almost cried!! Haven't visited since 2016 !! We were just headed home that fateful day, when we heard an announcement that there was fire in Gatlinburg!!!! I'll never forget that😢!! Gatlinburg has really changed a lot since then!! Looks like they're carving the mountains away around Gatlinburg now! It looked so strange!! I'm 74, so I'll probably never be back.Everything has gotten so expensive EVERYWHERE!!!! I'm working right now and came with my family, but when I quit working I won't be able to afford to come back. I've been many times!! I've never vacationed anywhere else. We LOVE the Smokies!!! Just hoped to visit the Roaring Fork Trail again. If you're reading this, never put off today what you would love to do today. When you believe God is moving you to do something--DO IT!!! Thank God for our beautiful country!!!
Nice great to see all the behind the scenes footage...I've posted it on my community page.
Thanx for taking us along for the ride!

thanks of joining us Bob!
Roaring Fork❤
Love Roaring Fork ❤️
We love roaring fork so beautiful
We love them both
Roaring Fork is my favorite. Probably because I take my grandkids fishing there. Lots Of hungry rainbows in the creek. Enjoyed the video. Roaring Fork in the burg and Forge Creek in the Cove are both good for catching numbers of fish.
Love the Motor Nature Trail! We will be taking some friends there, amongst other places, when they visit next weekend.

Can't go wrong with that decision. Thanks as always Joey!
So Amazingly Beautiful!!
They both have their own beauty so I can’t choose between the two. I have a little red poodle maybe smaller than the cute white poodle, sorry I don’t know the name. Mine is Scarlett. Miss the all 3 of the girls ❤! Great 👍🏻 job as always 😊
Roaring Fork.

Can't gp wrong there! Thanks for watching!
I love the Roaring Fork! Nothing beats all of the greenery and rushing water. I think the best time to visit it is the late afternoon /early evening. I have seen bears at that time of day there! Plus, the way the light hits everything make it even more lovely.
Very nice. Great job filming. Big thumbs up. Take Care ❤ beautiful family
Beautiful We went thru there last Thursday. So quiet except for the sounds of nature. Stopped at Elly's. Very nice ladies work there. Don't touch the cat..It bites..Then off to Mynatt park to eat lunch..Thank You for showing this video. Never ger tired of nature.
The wife and i ALWAYS do that drive when we're in Gatlinburg. We'll be down there in a couple of weeks. Can't wait. It's our favorite place to go on vacation. We always stay in the Olde Gatlinburg condos so we're really close to the RFMNT.
I know you love editing Eric, but I also love these type of more lightly edited videos. Especially ones in the park! Good on you for keeping em coming and it was a great watch 👍
Great video SMF, we love roaring fork so beautiful. Hope y'all are doing well.
Got married at ellys mill this past October. Turned out amazing! Can't wait to go back!
Eric, really enjoyed your video! So beautiful and peaceful looking there!
That drive is beautiful. I found your channel through Randy at TAM. We live in Cape Coral Florida and have been to western NC and your side of the mountains several times. Our goal is to have a couple acres preferably near Waynesville NC and find or build a modest log house. But we would take Tennessee or north Georgia too. Don’t want to see any neighbors, just want wooded privacy. Our home here is worth a pretty good price but trouble is that prices are so inflated everywhere that we could not afford to buy anything decent there and we have seen how much rent costs. Yikes! We are both 70 and have a modest income. Gotta get to our dream location and hike those Blue Ridge/Smoky Mountains and take our motorcycle and e-bikes around there. No time to waste! Been wanting to do this move for 10 years. I want to thank you for the beautiful nature videos that you do, and just wanted to let you know that you have gained a subscriber, thanks to Randy. Best wishes. You are so lucky to be there with fall coming up shortly. We are jealous.

Hey thanks so much for joining us. We love Randy and Bella and they have been so helpful in deciding what to do on our travels through the years. We hope you find somewhere soon within your range. It’s tough, definitely not a buyers market right now. Thanks again!
Great job
Great job as always 🎉
Love both, but I have to say Roaring Fork is my favorite. Just because the traffic isn’t bumper to bumper and it’s closer getting there from .Gatlinburg.
Good video, I like when both, but Cades Cove I see a lot more deers, bears and turkeys 😊
Thank you for sharing this I miss seeing the smoky mountains so much
Great jobs guys 😍
AMAZING , the Smoky's NEVER disappoint us in it's beauty ❤⛰️😊 Hey Bella🐾 and Tampa Media🤗 Thanks for sharing 🤗⛰️❤️

Thankyou Pamela
Just subscribed to Randy's channel
For me, my vote is Cades Cove.
I was at RFNT grand openning day at 6:00am this year wanting to be first to see it's untouched beautiful. Waited until 10am and left. Park rangers "open" trails whenever they feel like it I guess...
Beautiful upload 😊 I agree both offer something different and Beautiful in it's own right. I cant say i like one more than the other, I enjoyed them both.
I love them both very much. Go to both of them. Many many times . Roaring Fork is very nice quiet peaceful. Can’t beat those two drives. Thanks for sharing Eric.
We always see Bears and cubs at Roaring Fork. We Love the peacefulness and just enjoy ability to take our time. Cades Cove is a favorite as well but can't ever seem to see any bears there, while everyone else see tons.
Never gets old I could do that all day long.
Our most favorite place is Roaring Fork!!! We've done both, but nothing beats being seeped in the midst of it all!!! The only downside is that it closes, understandably, due to how dangerous it would be driving through there in the winter elements! Great shots of such a beautiful setting!!!
CADES and RFMT are both must a must do. Any trip to the Smokies can make this happen.
Roaring Fork is better by far with the water and the tree coverage... it was still closed when I was there in March and watching this is tempting me to book a trip this fall!
We just got back from the Smokey Mountains and loved this trail! We saw so many bears/cubs while driving it! It's absolutely beautiful!!!
We do the RFNT every year when we come, it's a must! Thanks for the ride along❤
Where did you get the book for the nature trail? Is it at the beginning of the trail? We did the trail twice last year and didn't see the books. Loved this video!
It looks very nice. I will be there in 13 days. I was looking to possibly driving through Roaring Fork. Am coming alone, now debating on driving through myself. Getting out & enjoyjng the streams or short walk (knees) in the mountains, if nobody is around you might not be a good idea. I don't care to go to Cades Cove & sit in 4 hours of traffic. I was looking to get out 1 or 2 mornings & be back to PF around noon or shortly after. What do you think of someone alone doing Gatlinburg Bypass as a scenic drive? Is there any pull offs there?
Great video. I hope to go there this fall in October. Did you rent your UTV if so, where? Thanks for the reply 😀

We rented from Rocky Top in Gatlinburg. We feature it in our horseback riding video if you'd like to see more on it. Thanks so much for watching!
Are there any scenic mountain views in Roaring Fork?
