The average lap times are close to 120 m/h but not quite. That magic number has been talked about and many predictions of breaking it have been made for more than a decade. Nevertheless, the threwheeling has been the most underrated discipline of motorsport, for my liking anyway.

Number 35 Pete Founds/Jevan Walmsley and Jevans first ever TT and they finished second with Alan and Aki Aalto finishing third and Aki being the first ever Finnish TT competitor to podium. After the restart due to losing our very good friend Dwight Beare the Founds brothers raced for Dwight

Why does the starter sometimes hold his hand flat in front of the pilot's vision? E.g. at 06:00?

the green sidecar number 26 R.I.P the pilot and the passenger 20 minutes later drove into a house both were dead on the spot when the piolten lacked the headyes the steering was broken they had no change It happened pretty much at the end in front of the goal

Not totally correct, the passenger didn't die in the incident. Also the crash was at Rhencullen, not at the end of the lap.

Do we really need reminding of such things.... Yes it happens but why bang on about it
Scary think that the guy at 2:30 would be dead a few minutes later from crashing at Orrisdale... Damn the TT is brutal.
