ROAR HUNT - New Zealand 2024

After getting the Hunting bug the previous year it was that time again when the Stags had started to roar in the South Island of New Zealand. I was lucky enough to be invited on a 6 day hunt up on some public land behind Kaikoura. After awesome 15 minute helicopter ride we had been dropped off on the top of the mountain range right in the middle of some awesome animals and country. Over the next 6 days we spent time looking into new country, stalking Stags, missing shots, climbing up and down cliff faces all while seeing plant of animals.

Thanks mate glad you enjoyed it. I cannot wait to get back out and do another hunt and film it since this was my first proper hunt I ended up buying a new camera with a massive zoom so I could get more anime footage for our next adventures.

Hey mate I run GoPros, 10, 11 and 12 which I also have the media mod for them which limits the wind noise. I have found these great especially on the water. Since this hunting trip I have bought a Nikon P950 so I have a camera with heaps of zoom which means I can now show a lot more animal footage.
