🙄..Back back back...HOMERUN...🍺🤠👍 You hit the nail on the head on why the PCX is such an enjoyable bike.. It hits that sensory sweet spot.. Goldwing smooth.. A 100 miles per gallon plus.. Reliable as the day is long.. You kind of just go along and realize.. man I'm really enjoying myself.. You're putting Texas on my ride list.. beautiful..🙂👍

Up in Dallas, just bought our first scooter - ADV160. Was the wife's idea, and she didn't trust me with a big bike :) but we look forward to exploring with it.

Enjoyed the story about your first bike. I bought a 1978 Honda Express NC 50 brand new off the showroom floor for $370. Took a while to save it making pizzas and washing dishes at $1.50 hr. But boy did I ever appreciate it.

I would love to bring the Hunter Cub out here though. Definitely on the comfortable side of what the CT125 is designed to do. Also that part about small bikes, absolutely. You soak up more environment and journey going slow on comfortable bikes. Something around 150-200cc's is perfect so that you don't hold up traffic going uphills and on highways, but still good on economy and comfort. The new PCX160 might be one of the best for this.

Thanks for the feedback, Richard! The transmission upgrades that I installed into my PCX150's will also work on the newer PCX150 models. You can watch that video here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/n3uDzcygpbLZZpM.html . The white PCX in this video has the Dr.Pulley variator and sliders in it: www.steadygarage.com/store/dr-pulley-pcx-150-125-sh125i-sh150-pcx125-pcx150-variator-set . Installing the new variator is simple and it should only take about 30 minutes even if you haven't done it before. Cheers! 😉👍 --QM

Hello good Sir. Yesterday I was watching some of your early audio set up evolution videos - very interesting process - and with your gopro freeze you mention here I just wondered what your latest video/audio/mic setup is. If you already have a video on your recent vlogging iterations please send me to it. Kind regards.

Good morning! I haven't made any changes to my helmet or vlogging setup in a couple of years. My helmet and microphone setup can be seen in this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dpOgxM-FlMjUeLg.html . The only change since that video was the addition of the Ulanzi Vlogging case to hold the GoPro Hero and audio adapters together in a single mount. The Ulanzi case also has a slip-off rear door that is much easier to open/close than the original GoPro cage... now the mandatory battery swap every 30-40 minutes is a simple affair. The Ulanzi case is mounted on a MotoRadds helmet chin mount. The microphone is one from an old Cardo Scala G9 kit that was left over from an upgrade, and it has the requisite 3.5mm plug; that is plugged into the camera via the GoPro audio adapter. Here are links to the equipment used in my vlogging setup: GoPro Hero7 Black: amzn.to/33GRX3m GoPro Hero5+ audio adapter: amzn.to/36LpUBO Purple Panda microphone: amzn.to/34zLNkB (can be used in place of the Cardo mic) MotoRadds GoPro helmet chin mount: amzn.to/3jCAz5f Ulanzi V2 GoPro vlogging case: amzn.to/3lq62Ih GoPro J-hook buckle mount: amzn.to/2IjuCMM Cheers! 😉👍 --QM

@@QuasiMotard Thank you kindly for the detailed and itemised response good Sir. Yes, that is one of the videos I watched the other day, so you are pretty much still with the GP7 setup I see. It sure works so why not. I always wear an open faced helmet so I reckon I will have to configure a mic in a sort of ww2 fighter-pilot mouth mask kind of thing for anything above 45 mph. Kind regards.

Congrats on your new-to-you SilverWing! Yep... they're quick! My SWing will run 115 MPH all day long, and it can touch ~122-124 MPH under the right conditions. I upgraded to the Dr.Pulley variator, sliders, and the HiT clutch. My cruising RPM's dropped about 500-700 rev's, and my MPG's jumped from an average of 46-48 up to 51-53 MPG with those upgrades. Cheers! 😉👍 --QM

@@6fiddy309 If you're handy at mechanics and hacking, you might also want to install HyperPro front fork springs. The factory springs are a bit too soft and tend to pogo-stick sometimes... too much front dive during braking, too. The HyperPro springs will solve that. 😉👍--QM

That's a good question! The screen that I have on my 2015 PCX150 is the National Cycle VStream Sport Touring (medium height): www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/national-cycle-vstream-sport-touring-windscreen-honda-pcx150-2014-2018?sku_id=1161414 . I'm not sure exactly how tall it is above the meter cluster. It's not at home with me right now, but I'll try to take some measurements and reply back again soon. Cheers! 😉👍 --QM
