The SAR Legend car carrier is gorgeous. You have captured at least 4 or 5 SARs here in Gatton. The Exodas convoy was very impressive and almost everybody gave you a big honk. The rigs are amazing again, it was a great decision to visit this city. Thanks a lot for the cool update.

Hello mate, hope you're having a great day. Your videos are top notch. there are some great trucks in and out of there. That C509 was awesome, I've always liked the C500's especially the ones I seen on video that used to work for RTA. Have a great day.

@@TheCt300 Yes, retired 7 years now, & very much miss my truck. Best I ever had, 170 ton rated, Gen 1, T904, C16, 22 Series RR, super steers on spiders, 9 ton front axle, 6x500 lt round tanks, steel on spiders, on 6 rod, 60 inch aerodyne walk in etc. Miss it a lot, W.A.

@returnofthenative I know I praise the 509s and 900 legends native, but I love the 904s aswell.ive filmed a few 904s,they sound awesome up close mate and beautiful looking kenny.and if it says 600hp it is 600hp,the newer trucks might say 600 but with all the anti pollution gear, give me a old school kenny any day

@@TheCt300 We still have a lot of old school floating around here in O.D. hands. There is a nice C500 tipping, a few W models, one of them is working the docks, along with an Autocar. A few W/S Heritage. I've seen a couple of Marmon, one was pulling triple flatops with slide on tanks carting water out around Granny Smith mine. Then there's Sludge, he mainly pulls B/double fuel out to the Gascoyne in his Pete 359, purple with skulls & crossbones all over it. You can still see old Mack R600s, Diamond Reo, Inter T2600s Atkinson butterbox, White Road Boss, an Oshkosh, etc. out in the wheatbelt. I think about the only heavy I never saw here was Pacific. But the old boys of my youth are all gone of course. I knew a few of them, Saltbush Bill, Diesel Dick, & many whose names I've forgotten because they were just the norm out bush back then. I started with a Bedford J carting wool, then I got a Mack R600 300hp Coolpower in about 1972, pulling double flat tops, sometimes I'd shift a mate who had a D6 on dam sinking. He had a decrepit bogie low loader, & the only way the D6 could be got on was straight up off the side, blade out one side, ripper out on the other. So we used to move it at night, with him out front as escort in his ute. One night we got stopped by the local cop, I was 17 & didn't have a license yet, anyway I recall telling him that we were moving it in the middle of the night because there was no one the road then, & it made sense too because all he said was "well you just be careful then".

@returnofthenative thank god the cop had common sense native.the R600 was a beast in its day,in 72 I be with dad in a international with a 160 cummins.middle of nsw to Melbourne an back, slow trip.then a 1418 single drive Benz carting 2 decks of cattle with a wide spread trailer.hard days back then native
