Hey Vinnie next time your high poundage line gets hung try wrapping the line around the handle a few times it'll keep the line from cinching down in the spool and creating a hang .

Here, we call that netting a "spawn bag." We use them with oysters for sheepshead and liver for catfish. Generally speaking, bridal veil material from Walmart's fabric section is commonly used. ALSO, i saw a video about a guy with pet blue crabs. He fed them boiled corn. They tore into it! That'd be a neat video...catching crabs on corn. I still think they'd prefer shrimp and chicken...but corn would definitely make people scratch their heads.

That’s would be interesting. I’ve caught crawfish with corn before.

I used to get old worn out pantyhose and cut them in sections, I don’t know if they would hold up against a crab but they might work

Cut the tail off this morning, and no problem cutting out most of that blood line. I'm sitting in Des Allmends now with the heads I just gotta dump in da bayou for da crabs.
