Hey Vinnie next time your high poundage line gets hung try wrapping the line around the handle a few times it'll keep the line from cinching down in the spool and creating a hang .

It's that magical time of year where the weather is nice, the skeeters still scarce, and you can forage some berries without getting covered up in chiggers. It lasts for about week and day and then everything sucks again.

Here, we call that netting a "spawn bag." We use them with oysters for sheepshead and liver for catfish. Generally speaking, bridal veil material from Walmart's fabric section is commonly used. ALSO, i saw a video about a guy with pet blue crabs. He fed them boiled corn. They tore into it! That'd be a neat video...catching crabs on corn. I still think they'd prefer shrimp and chicken...but corn would definitely make people scratch their heads.

Cut the tail off this morning, and no problem cutting out most of that blood line. I'm sitting in Des Allmends now with the heads I just gotta dump in da bayou for da crabs.
