Bhaiya one thing to ask, if you could confirm this from recruiter,HR etc If someone say has 4 years experience but a job opening is for 2-3 years experience. Then can a 4 year experience apply for it, because if he will be paid as 3 years experienced then also his salary will be much more than previous compensation.
