@Bauzaunvideos If you look closely he's removing material that's been mixed with clay, and dirt that the frost heaves have been pushing up into the roadbank, the good clean gravel is what he is saving.

why is he leaving some material while he is removing the same stuff only a few feet away?

@jevlars Ok thanks now I get it. I thougth that there was no real layer of gravel underneeth this roas just this clay mix. I know that this aint the way a road it build so I was wondering why he dind t remove it all ^^.
