Hey! Just wanted to thank you for your amazing work! I really enjoy your collection of music, especially the playlists, because you can just listen to them in the background. Now I don't know how you exactly get in contact with the bands you feature (do you email them, do they email you?), however I wanted to bring the band Mainfelt to your attention. They're a Folk Rock Indie band from the alpine region of South Tyrol in Italy. They have a unique sound to their music and over the last year they actually got more and more popular! (Oh and also their songs are mostly in English) However they're not really active on KZread. We were supposed to be roadtripping western Europe with my fiance now. He got us cool convertible, I was already putting some playlists together... Instead of going (thank you, Covid), we are in our livingroom, drinking light wine and dancing. It's Saturday morning and I'm finally coming to understanding the saying HAPPINESS IS A STATE OF MIND, NOT YOUR CURRENT CONDITIONS. Stay well and enjoy moments, lovely people. Took a road trip with my wife for our honeymoon. Started in Ohio, went to Montana, drove down highway 1, came back across the south through Grand Canyon and Texas and back to Ohio. 6,000 miles in 2 weeks seeing over 10 national parks and monuments. By far the greatest thing I have done in my life and made me realize how perfect my wife is for me. A great driving playlist is a must have!!!

Someday, I'm gonna travel the world with someone I love while listening to this.

I know this is a little silly, but your videos and the music you post have provided a much needed stability in my life. Every day, there's certain playlists a listen to according to my moods and what I'm doing, and if I'm going through something like my anxiety I just play one of your playlists and escape. It really doesn't make sense the way I explain it, but thank you so much.

My work just finished, and I took the longest, country road back to my house. Picture this mates, it was slightly drizzling and I wind down the windows and the rain was slightly dropping on my face, while playing this song and boy, was the feeling so refreshing. There were moments where I couldn't stop smiling while I was driving. That feeling, now you can't​ buy that anywhere. *_NOW GUYS, WHO IS STILL UP FOR THAT ROAD TRIP FROM SOUTH EAST ASIA ALL THE WAY TO WESTERN EUROPE?? we will have beer, bacon and what not! only Alex's compilations will be playing in the background. haha swimming in the lakes, camping out in the mountains and man, just thinking about that makes me smile!_*

I'm having a bad day and really missing my friends and my grandfather who just passed away and I just got a letter from my best friend that she sent a couple of months ago when everything was ok and I'm about to go kayaking for the first time in years and listening to this doubled the joy that the letter brought me and now I feel like everything is going to be alright.

*through out 17 years, I've been having depression attack but after listening to this tracks it really helped me by controlling my tears but i really love this tracks a lot... thanks a lot...*

Anything over 35 mph and you can't hear the music, also the sun gets in your eyes at weird angles and it can get cold super fast. There is a reason that people with convertibles have the windows up and the top down.

There are so many times I just feel like going on a long road trip with no destination. It would be nice if I could do that someday... But I still can't drive.

Same here but then I remember how stressful road trips can be especially if I’m going with my family. I think one day I’m just going to drive with my dog until I get to the beach and just enjoy my life and then eventually I’d drive home

Good selection of songs. We just finished a 2 year trip by motorcycle through Africa passing the East and West coast. We love Africa and all what comes with it :) Of course we made some nice movies as well about our trip ;)

Why this playlist isn't on everyone's car stereos is beyond me. Heard Smith & Thell's "Feathers and Gasoline" as well as Aaron Rickel's "Fading Summer" and my wallet nearly melted when I whipped out the plastic so fast to buy their albums.
