Road Trip 2 Ep 18 ..... Anna Plains (80 Mile Beach)
Anna Plains Station is located on the remote Kimberley coast WA, approximately 250km south of Broome. It is just under one million acres of open range land stretching from the shores of the Eighty Mile Beach to the Great Sandy Desert.
We revisited Anna Plains to spend a few days fishing off the beach that boarders the Station. It's a magnificent stretch of beach and we had it mostly all to ourselves. Some great days but sadly no fish.

I can only commiserate! My wife always out-fishes me , and boy does she let me know! What she conveniently forgets is that, I'm baiting her hook ( afraid of bait), removing the catch from the hook, sorting out and retying lost tackle and intermittently trying to fish. I don't really mind to be honest, we're doing something together! Love your vids guys! Gary

Unfortunately I can't claim all that as my reason for poor performance, Lisa is pretty self sufficient in the fishing department, it's only dehooking the sharks when she runs up the flag for help. Hi Sharon. We were actually staying at Anna Plains in the camp ground. I don't think they allow access for day trips, only for the people staying there, but you could check with them. Cheers Andrew & Lisa
Where did you find a women like that, that loves fishing. We camped there in 1980 and there was only 2 camps there, no caravan park then., keep fishing Lisa.

Hi Ian. Yes she is definitely the best catch I ever made . I just wish she would stop putting me to shame on the fishing front, it's getting a little embarrassing 🤣
