I’ve been following you for years because we’re around the same age and I relatively seldom comment but I have to say I’m really loving this so far & the fact that you’re showing the expanses of your journey gave me the final kick to comment. It tends to be forgotten or just avoided while it’s such a crucial part in this journey and I know you’re making yourself quiet vulnerable by showing those aspects, as well as the losses but you’re doing great, keep it up!

i also had match tiebreakers on a tournament, ITS SO STRESSFUL i was down 9-1 and won 13-11 my opponent started crying and i was SOOOO HAPPY and next time i played against that guy in 3rd set(which was tiebreak) i was up 7-3 and lost 18-16 in a really tight game its so hard to stay calm sometimes

All the things you listed in the beginning of the video are exactly what I struggle with, playing each point as its own, finding depth, and finding rhythm. I tend to hit late on the ball sometimes but I think that could just be from not hitting with purpose, and not practicing so much. But seeing this journey has helped to inspire me to be more diligent with my practice and play, loved the video and can't wait to see more!

Adding the cost to the whole journey is one aspect many do not mention, so very impressive of you to add it. Most people do not realize how especially breaking into the pro circus (and staying there) is a huge monetary investment.

I absolutely love tennis and found my love for it somewhat late when considering how young you have to be committed to a sport to even consider playing professionally.
