Road Song "Octave playing and soloing scales" / Latin jazz Guitar lesson

Музыка

In this Wes Montgomery tune I show how to play octaves and the soloing scales to the soloing part. In my version it´s played in a beat groove with Latin jazz touch.

The most important thing here is how you play 'off-beat', and that, I think, can not be written in notes, that's special groove which is inner thing and distinction between really good players and 'reproducers'. Excellent! Cheers!

Hi! You have the 6th string to the left and the 1st string to the right and the strings goes vertical. The frets goes horizontal and you have the starting fretnumber to the left. Hope it will help.
