Haven't laughed so hard in a while. My Canadian "brothers" transferred me the same way when I did my exchange tour with them back in the 90's from one ship to another. Lends a whole new meaning to "hanging around"

We have a navy, might not be the size of the US or royal navy but we still have one. Blame Harper he was great at protecting our security by cutting the military budget.

+GunMonk Dont mind the veterans getting more money, but cmon Trudeau just pledged 2.65 billion over five years for climate change efforts in undeveloped nations. What about our security, China today just said they wish to use our Northwest Passage.

Trudeau won't buy the military any new equipment but neither did Harper. What happened to his marine corps? Conservatives, liberals it doesn't matter they will both neglect the military.

Hope won't win a war. Plus the Rangers are reservist. Both parties have horrible records on funding the military. Because Canada would rather give out welfare then focus on the military. Forget this stupid American Left vs Right, they both suck.

Why is that ever time Rick does something with the military he invariably ends up dangling from somewhere?

I have been aboard the Calgary, twice. Finest ship in the Navy. Awesome crew, awesome ship.

If you use your eyes, you can CLEARLY see that he said "grade one," not "one grade." I know this because the number 1 is written after the word grade.

You have to be a canadian citizen,have a 4-year college/University degree,fluent in atleast 1 of Canada's official languages,be physically and mentally fit and pass BMOQ

No one. People either say in "grade one" or in"first grade". No one says "grade first".

If you were smart enough to read the context of the comment it said grade 1 not "one grade" if you were smart enough to try and come up with an answer you could have at least read the way it was written. They would say they are in grade one. Everyone has a different way of perceiving the English language. Also, is it the American way to shoot anyone you talk to?
