It's still the exact same thing.

Rick always find neat stuff everywhere he goes.

They don't turn off the falls but they can divert the flow to affect the falls itself. They do this when, for example, someone has gone over and they want to make it easier for the Search & Rescue teams to find the body.

Growing up in Welland we used to ride our bikes to Dufferin Islands to check out the tourists. Unfortunately they are closed now. Getting about time to go back and visit my sisters soon.

+Ocean Blue The US government uses them because they know they are superior to the kids toy phones out there.

We do shutdown the falls, same time we roll up the streets and sidewalks every night.

Ick. I can't believe people open their mouths like that. You do know that water isn't purified in any way, right? The foam is the algae, poop, and miscellaneous effluence that the river's gathered up along it's journey to the falls, and churned out by the impact. All that crud in the foam was in the water. Yummy.
