Fighting with hockey sticks is a main part of Canadian-style Wushu.

It was funny when they did the Wushu fighting in the mall and stuff, people were coming in thinking it was like a filming or something hehe.

Watching the dramatic action scenes in Chinatown, it reminded me of the TV series 'Kung Fu: The Legend Continues' (which was filmed in Toronto).

Just because you move to another country doesn't mean you want to completely abandon your old life, or even that you want a change of scenery. People move for various reasons, some being to escape persecution. China town would be a place where people with similar situations gather together and help one another out with the transition. Being around familiar surroundings makes it easier.

@bazzblack China towns where created when chinese immigrants came to canada to work on railroads and such, some chinese were used as cheap labour in cities as well and that's how china towns were created. Most Chinese came to Canada for a better life but unfortunately it didn't come soon and they ended up doing crap jobs, they wouldn't have been able to move to a place with better scenery even if they wanted to back then.

@netzero26 Once you hit a certain number of thumbs up, they take you off the highest comment list. It happened to me a few times, and it wasn't due to spam or anything stupid like that. I had a comment on a vid that hit around 250 or so thumbs up, and it got taken off for some reason hehe, cause I never saw it again after that.
