Very Nice 71’ Challenger and I wouldn’t change a thing, plenty of engine for that smaller car. It really does remind me of a early 70’s Cuda. 👍🏻 I’m definitely a Chevy guy but would be happy as a clam to win it!

Great video! I love this car, and I intend to win it! I had a '57 Plymouth Belvedere that I put a Dodge Hemi in (while retaining the stock push button 3 speed transmission by the way), and my brother had a '69 Daytona that he unfortunately rolled one night while seriously drunk (yeah, I know.. what was he doing even driving in that state) but this one tops them all. I've seen a lot of restomods of late but this one is (imo) well above what I've seen so far.. great job!

This ride is bitchin, ive always been a barracuda man myself was never a huge fan of the challenger but man you guys know how to make a car look badass haha, only thing id change is id pop a old school hemi under the hood and pop a vortech supercharger on it snd for the seats id go either old school bench seat or the pro-Car rally series seats but none the less man you guys out did yourselves again!

Tbh when I first saw that it was the 5.7 with less than 500hp I felt a lil let down. But... this is a perfect cruising car, it will move decent and it's absolutely beautiful. If whoever gets this wants to go Ham with a bigger block, they can and the interior is already finished. Really great work on the looks of the beauty. I'd probably not touch a thing and enjoy it every day for what it is. This car could easily be an every day driver. My father had a 1971 Plymouth Satellite with the 383 & some other options. I miss that car so much.

Sick car...!!! 👍😎 I would definitely drive it back to CT. I've done that trip several times in an old ford ranger and a maxima back in the late 80's early 90's while stationed in CA..

I knew it was something about the tail lights I just couldn’t tell what it was 🤪

Sorry to nit-pick but I noticed when you were driving straight on the freeway, the steering wheel is off center. Also there was a gap at the top of the passenger window. I love the car and I'm sure those are minor adjustments. I'm OCD and when driving straight, if the steering wheel is not centered, it drives me crazy.

Yeah but….now that you’ve mentioned it, it’s extremely noticeable and annoying. If the car doesn’t need an alignment, it does need the steering wheel reclocked. 🤷‍♂️ I mean….to go through all that work to build that car and not have it clocked correctly, and proper wheel alignment….does seem to be a shame.

​@@fromthebackofmymind Ouch! I once bought a 1997 Toyota T100 4WD and had the rear differential go out. Then I found out someone had already changed it and put in a ratio that did not match the front diff. 1000 miles later I had to replace the front one too.

A slick little driving machine indeed :-) I did notice there aren’t any seat belts in the vehicle. Granted, in 1971 they weren’t as universal and mandatory like today. Would like to see a response from y’all on this.

The seat belts are hip belts. So no cross over chest just the lap. At 12:04 you should be able to see him put one on

Only province not eligible is Quebec due to car import restrictions, and only thing the winner has to worry about is their change in yearly income tax for that fiscal year, which varies from person to person, but will most likely be completely covered by the $20K cash prize! 💪
