You know what Ben, Namjoon is very clumsy in daily life. He is most likely to get into an accident even if he gets a driver's license. So it is better for him and everyone that he doesn’t have one😂

Namjoon does not have his license yet, not because he can't get it, but because he and others around him know how clumsy and prone to danger he is. He doesn't want to end up hurting himself or others while driving.

this is not true at all. RM's eyesight is very bad. even with glasses it can't be corrected enough for him to take drivers test. Look at some of his glasses, you can tell how bad his eyes are.

Because RM has a nick name “ God of Destruction “ so the members tease him to keep the world peace please don’t drive😂😂😂😂😂

RM destroys a lot of things unintentionally, he's saying he's not getting a driver's license for world peace is for him to avoid a catastrophe. For him, it probably takes much higher level of attention in order to drive without accidents.

Namjoon is so hard on himself, he doesnt even need one, he's rich - that's what drivers are for :)

My sister is like RM. If she picks something up, she breaks it. If there’s a trash can on the floor, she trips over it. When she learned to drive, she hit other cars almost every day. For the sake of the world, it’s better to wrap RM in cotton wool and not let him near the kitchen knives or a steering wheel. Just let people like this be comfortable to read, write, speak about advanced topics, but don’t give them knives or steering wheels.

lol, my granddaughter is like RM, he is her bias so we can never let them meet for the worlds sake, the girl trips on nothing while walking, everyone that has tried to teach her to drive fears for others safety 😜. She’s smart, kind, and generous to a fault, but clumsy 🙈. 💜

@@victoriaarreola7133 It's an interesting fact that higher levels of intelligence often go hand in hand with higher levels of clumsiness. I think it's because there can be so much going on in your brain, that there is no energy to spare on the more mundane things. I can go through patches when it seems that all I have to do is look at a glass or plate, and it breaks. It's like "Seriously? My fingernail came in contact with you.." In my case, I would never attempt to drive, because I know how easy it is to get lost in a thought or idea, and forget the rest of the world. If that happened when I was driving... Also, my spatial awareness has always been poor. Judging distances, relative sizes, speed... I will never learn to drive.

I am also very clumsy... I'm almost 47 and I don't have a driver's license. I have zero peripheral vision on the left side of my face, I have to wear glasses because I'm myopic and my anxiety is through the roof! So no driving for me and I'm okay with it.

@@theagilchrist182 The lack of peripheral vision would definitely be difficult. As long as you can get where you want to go, especially if you live somewhere where other people don’t drive, I don’t think it would stand out.

RM is one of my biases in BTS, and i’m smart, lovable, kind person who trips on thin air. I don't have and will not get my license ever! (also i have a seizure disorder) i *could* most likely get my license if i really wanted too.

As someone who is also older than the typical 14-16ish age of getting a drivers license, it's kinda relieving to see that RM doesn't have his license either. I always feel behind because I don't have it but RM makes me realize there's nothing wrong with that

You can't drive in the UK unless you are on private land until you are 17years old and then you have to pass that Driving Test of cause before you can legally drive here with someone with in the car who has already passed and holds a current driving license.

When asked in a recent live, Namjoon said he’d get his license after his time in the military. He said there’s no point in getting it beforehand. So he has a plan!😄

Namjoon has pretty high myopia and astigmatism but can see perfectly with contacts/glasses, he doesn’t have a driver’s license bc he’s very clumsy 😅 he recently bumped his head on a camera and had stitches on his brow… I suggest to watch “Namjoon cooking in the soop” 🤣💜🤣

So, here's my take on Namjoon's drivers license issue! Because of Namjoon"s clumsiness, the moniker/nickname "god of destruction' was given to Namjoon. So, if Namjoon decides to drive anything other than his bike 🚵, he could, (based on his level of clumsiness) cause global unrest 😂🌏

I don't have a license, either. Like RM, I'm incredibly clumsy....I can drive, but I don't. I get very anxious, and that could cause harm to others. Also, for me, when I originally took the test, it was just after my dad's death. I was stressed, grieving, and setting up my dad's service in the process. It was a difficult time, and after, it honestly wasn't something I focused on.

I've been Army for 4 years, and I've havent heard of RM getting his license. He is accident prone. But i will have faith in him when he gets his license. I am adult Army. I worry about the guys enough already. I've definetely seen Jin and Jimin drive plus the ones you know about.

They say that people at a genius level (which RM is) have trouble functioning in the day to day world. They are so curious and easily distracted. RM pretty much lives a structured life with BTS, dancing and singing. He has people to tell him where he needs to be at any given time of the day. Its the day to day things like cooking and driving that he has problems. RM is know as the "God of Destruction" because things just seem to fall apart in his presence. There are so many videos to prove this point. One stated the RM burned a pan but the meat was still raw. He had turned the flame all the way up. His logic....fire is fire. It is still hot and the flame was a pretty blue. That is the genius mind. We only see the trees in front of us, he sees the whole forest and everything in it.

He has taken lessons before and I think at this point in time, he doesn't think it's necessary. He loves riding his bike, SK has some of the best subway/train systems in the world and BH gives them drivers when they need them. So to be honest, it's not a priority right now. He is clumsy and we don't know about his situational awareness and he does have vision issues but I don't think these are fully the reason. I really think it's because he doesn't have to right now so he spends his time doing other things he enjoys more.

Namjoon said that after the military service he will definitely get a driver license but who knows 😂 Anf yeah maybe his bad sight could be a problem but some people like him wearing glasess can drive, the thing is that he's known in BTS as the "god of destruction" bc there's a lot of times he breaks things bc he can't control the strength of his body or is not careful, that's why they joke about the world peace lol but I think he could drive if he tries I personally don't have a driver license bc I'm very nervous about everything and freak out especially if a person or an animal is close, i tried and i didn't like it so i don't plan to drive but if Namjoon gets a driver license that could be a big motivation for me to try again

aww.. poor Joonie.. He's the only member who doesn't have a driver's license. They were teasing him that he should just stay inside for the world peace. Namjoon is also known as the God of Destruction, because most of the things he touched breaks, he's that clumsy. That's why members can't also let him in the kitchen to cook, aside from he don't know how to cook, but because they're afraid Joonie would hurt himself if he use a knife or any sharp objects (I remember in one of their lives wherein Joonie was holding a knife and Jin was in panic mode and no members wants to get near him because of the way he holds the knife 🙈). But there's also an info before that Joonie has a really bad vision that's why he can't drive. I'm sure he failed the driving test the first time, but we all know how busy BTS was back then, he honestly didn't have time to practice. The members said it is better for world peace that RM doesn't drive because he would get into car accidents. He would endanger himself or others, they say it as a joke but they are generally concerned because RM is super clumsy. I hope in 2023 he was able to practice during down time. I mean he's in the military now, he wouldn't be able to drive anything, let alone to work when he gets to that point after training.
