RL2 Label Roll Lifters use a rolling boom system to easily load rolls from the RD1 Rolls Dolly or floor. The quick-release latch secures during movement and allows smooth unloading at the destination.
The RD1 Rolls Dolly enables full and part-used rolls to be stored safely vertically. Capacity 650mm diameter rolls, up to 250kg. Four swivel castors allow easy movement. Can be stacked safely when not in use.
RL2 Label Roll Lifters use our patented ‘DuoPump’ technology, allowing the unit to lift 6 times faster for light loads, saving up to 70% of lifting time. The system employs a direct drive piston arrangement, eliminating need for maintenance of exposed chains, and eliminating associated safety hazards of moving parts.
All lifters are supplied CE Marked and come with an EC Declaration of conformity to the following standards:
