My new RK H81 RGB is not working properly. I can not change mode from keyboard neither from software. when i press FN+Up the Caps lock and win lock flashes together. only music mode from software works. Is there any fix or is it already broken just in 24 hr?

I think they are the same, but the number is the number of keys on a keyboard, so the rk100 would be a full sized keyboard, and the other 2 would be good for saving space
