Sir, in ques 14 related to jurisdiction the ques specifically asks for provision related to section 20 of CPC... how can we assume that section 15 is included in section 20 as they are given under different provision if intent had be to read them both together then legislature would have combined both under one section only... According to me this question was liable to be struck out during evaluation.... ques 43 asks specifically regarding burden of proof under section 101 and the said section deals with burden of proof is on the person who wants the court to believe existence of a fact and the same always lies upon the person who asserts that thing so how can the burden of proof under section 101 shift from one person to another?
