at least 5 questions are wrong. 1. There is no doctrine called imbibing essence. It is pith and substance. The name of doctrine cannot be changed randomly. One cannot call Absolute liability with a synonym for example. 2. There is no doctrine called homogenous interpretation. It's ejusdem generis. No source of these doctrines being referred with other name, please provide if you find any. 3. The maxim is ut res magis valiat quam pareat, not Onam Pareatis as given in question. Should be deleted. 4. The person cannot be tried for robbery as it is not mentioned in the question that he was tried by a court not capable of trying it. 5. In English, it will be fell through, not fall behind. It would have been correct if it was "fell behind" but that is not the case. These questions should be certainly deleted.

There are others also: 1. In Hindi, that अध्यर्थी and स्वातंत्र्य, both are wrong in spelling 2. Rachit question, it is murder only, as there was no RPD as soon as the other guy started running, so no question of taking it to exception of 300 3. Then O10 suit institution also
