I see no problem. RJ's honor is intact. His reaction to avenge a violent attack against his friend was clean. OTT, a respectable Company "Bored" Member wants drama in the Company. Doing something rash and emotionally driven like shoot a girl down for wanting something better or unchanged is a great way to kick it off.
