Wow! At first the rental price on the 2 bedroom seemed like a lot but we’re used to seeing the 12-15000 numbers. What you get for the price is amazing. There’s nothing to compare to it in Canada, for sure. Thank you for the tours.

Excellent video Coop. These were stunning properties - just goes to show if you up your budget you get a lot more bang for yer baht. I would definitely be a renter, because in the back of my mind there is always the possibility of another condo springing up and bang goes my sea view. With that in mind, did they have lower priced properties on the other side of the building not facing the water?

I love the dark theme of the whole lobby, mail room and hallways. It is quite elegant looking on camera. That new complex named Malibu looks amazing too. Such a nice roomy condo Coop, I think the price is on point. I had a question on the quiet factor in condos there. As with 7-11's, there are a lot of bars everywhere in Thailand. Do you personally ever hear loud music at night from any local establishments there? Or are the condos usually far enough away from the nightlife noise in Jomtien? As we both know, karaoke in the PPines was brutal at night, sometimes impossible for getting sleep. Whats the noise like at night there?

Yes Matt. See the video we made at the Riviera in Wongamat. They even have a pet swimming pool and dog walking area. I have a good relationship with the agent there if your interested let us know 👍❤️👍

I know pet-friendly usually means cats and dogs but curious how they are with birds? I have a Catalina macaw that if I move there I will be bringing mamma's boy with me.

Very helpful video. 7-11 tour is cool, but what about Grab delivery? I’m frequently ordering Grab food delivery, and get reasonable delivery times to my condo (close to View Talay 1), but it occurs to me that I might have less restaurants that would deliver that far (if restaurant is in Central, or even North Pattaya). Are you aware of any geographical limits for Grab delivery? Nice and thorough presentation. Thank you very much

600 baht per sqm maintenance fee per month @ 78 sqm is 46800/monthly or 561600/year. That's approximately $15872/yr. Based on other condo reviews I've watched that's almost 10 times the normal rate. @darlene is that 600 bhat correct?

More than I can afford to pay. Miami is way too expensive for most 😂😂

100k a month is ridiculous. That values the condo at 20m baht. Not a chance, I rent a bigger condo (100 sqm) one bedroom, prime location at the junction of Jomtien and Dongtan Beach with a much better uninterrupted view than that right on the beach for 17k.
