Likely because it's the OST for some of the longer/more difficult bosses in the game (at least in Royal) and they wanted a song that wouldn't loop as many times so players wouldn't get as tired of it (for a song that was way too SHORT, just look at the Mementos song). I don't have any insider knowledge to confirm that that was the intention, but it's what makes the most sense to me. Edit: I believe the person who posted this video also played it twice, so the actual song is around 5 minutes rather than 10.
