I'm a ballroom dancer and an Irish dancer and it was super cool to be able to see my two favorite things be put together into something as epic as this

What I love more is that they dressed up as though they were the video of lindsay's song!

Absolutely LOVE this. Was a huge fan of Riverdance (still regret I never got to see it live), and a huge fan of Lindsey's. This is absolutely the best merge of the two!!

Not mentioned enough is that Lindsey Stirling was told she’d never make it as a music artist while on AGT... and yet here her music is being performed and loved!!! AND they used the costume inspiration and theme she had in mind when she wrote Roundtable Rival! I love this all so much!!!

Riverdance was phenomenal. There has been nothing like it since. It is exciting, rejuvenating, stirring amazing. Enjoyed this DWTS very much. Thank you.

How did I know that Roundtable Rival would start playing just from the costumes? Then I was like "nah, you wish" and then it did, omg

Straight away the riverdancers came up they put everyone on show. "WATCH THE PROS YOU PEASANTS"

I love this on soooooooooo many levels! Irish step, Lindsey Stirling, Roundtable Rival, Dancing with the Stars! *swoons*

I am across the pond in Texas, I love to watch this on a fairly regular basis.

RiverDance is such an incredible art form and not nearly enough people seem to realize/appreciate that fact.

Ryan Carter Riverdance is not an art of its a stage show of an art form.Its like calling ballet dancing Swan Lake

No they tried to honor the spirit of the artist who made the song I think. Lindsey Stirling made Roundtable Rival as a western story... I believe they were trying to keep to her story... sorta

There is no one better at being in sync than Riverdance. I wouldn't be surprised if they could do a routine with their eyes closed

WOW.....I love to watch Irish dance, but this performance was so good, it literally brought years to my eyes. Guess I'll have to dry my eyes and watch it again.

This is the best fusion performance by the professionals of DWTS Ireland and the stars of Riverdance for creating their own masterpiece.

Melania they didn’t bring soft shoes back! They never went in the first place. I and my sisters wore them when we were learning Irish dancing as kids.

Too bad she didn't finish dressing. Trying to look like a strapless dress for Irish dancing? Seriously?! Turned it off.

Never would've considered Roundtable Rival for river dance but I'm vibing with it.

It really is glaringly obvious who's a stepdancer and who's ballroom... Shame they didn't have time to practice actually moving as a group more.

I've never been to Ireland but it's to fall in love with this country if you see them dancing

Yes!!! IT was her. Beautifully done, this was all my guilty pleasure and open pleasures rolled in one, would have died fan-girling if Lindsey made an appearance.! BRAVO.

Oh yes... That was Lindey's violin brilliance that made this what it was. Don't kid yourself! Lindsey Stirling is one of a kind! I can't believe she was no where in the credits for this!!!

This just goes to show how in sync with each other the Irish dancers are. Even the pros didn’t look as synced

This was a beautiful performance, and Lindsey's song which she also danced to on the American version of DWTS was perfect.

Did... did this just mash up traditional Irish dancing, with paso doble, to Roundtable??? What even.... LOVE IT! Also, the blonde soloist changed her shoes??? I had to rewatch to figure out where. The choreo was really well done.

Holy hell this was amazing I’ve seen river dance live I spent the money to get up close I was enthralled I’ve did synchronized skating, precision I’ve loved them since I was very little have had there cd for decades ❤

This was awesome to watch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this song in particular from Lindsey because the original video for this song, even though it is set up as a "western Theme", still gives that major Irish Dance feel to it!!!!!!Way too cool.

Agreed, the DWTS dancers can only do 'set pieces' which involve a pose and a lift. The Irish dancers on the other hand showed how to dance.

group dances the bane of ballroom dancers hahahh they were trained with the mindset that they have to stand out among their competitors in order to win/be noticed that's why they always don't look uniform during group dances.

@@WizardShinobi but all irish dancers are soloists in past, they were competitive solo dancers) all these shows like riverdance and LOtD are just next step in their career, so they had to learn how to group dance good

Wauw!!! I used to tapdance at a danceschool here in Belgium. Over the years Irish tapdancing became more popular so it was included in the lesson. Clapaja never got to this level! So jealous of the people who can dance like this.

Amazing Dancers ! I looked up this Lindsey Sterling your all talking about and I'm impressed. Amazing that these Irish dancers are using an American's violin music to there dancing spectacular.

Omg it’s LINDSEY STIRLING! and she isn’t there to do her thing! This is a first for me. I’m sheltered on KZread so not to sure how common this is. I thought so amazing and to have this done by such a famous dance group (been a few years in the us but I remember when they were huge here) and such a wide audience. Haha Roundtable Rival... have to admit their taste for this fine piece was an exquisite choice... didn’t exactly have Lindsey Stirling’s flair and finesse, but it was done well enough. Lindsey’s video clip shows an amazing story that is easily caught onto with no intro... here I kinda got lost a bit where the story was going.The dancing was amazing don’t get me wrong, but I got lost on the story till the end. Huge proud Stirlingite here lol. Probably should have asked Lindsey how she would have done it. Costumes and dance were great though!🌹👍🏻

Ehm. Have you noticed, that there is no live music playing during this performance? And that the guy "playing" the violin at the begging was actually one of the dancers, in fact the "Romeo" character guy, just miming the playing? They used the song´s recording for this performace, which mean it actually WAS LINDSEY STERLING PLAYING THE VIOLIN HERSELF. Because, she might grant the rights to perform or interpret this song, but I very much doubt, that she would sell the recording rights for this song. So you are atually critisizing Lindsey herself for playing poorly on the recording. Watch the clip again and pay attention, you will see I am right.

Fabulous, as usual. I don't think their skirts need to be any shorter. I don't need to see their arse! The move at cue 213 is very striking. If you could have a section were that is done about a half a dozen times, I think would go over real well. Good job!
