I always enjoy your videos Joseph. The stream is gorgeous and the views are just stunning. Someone will be very happy there. Andre and you should consider writing a series of books on foraging, local plants and trees, local traditions (jumping over burning flowers etc). I find the snippets of information so interesting. 😊

Yes, as a Portuguese mtself, I would highly recommend Andre to write book/books as this precious information could be passed down and not lost

Beautiful peaceful plot of land Joseph but too much for an old couple with disabilities. Someone is going to love it and have a great life there. I hope the family are all healthy and happy and doing okay. Love to Mariana, Chloe and CJ. 😍😍😍

Hi from Maryland, USA. Joseph, tell Andre that the Ipital flower is called Saint Johnswort because it blooms on St. Johns Day. here in the USA. Soak the flowers in olive oil in a jar for a week drain the oil and heat oil with beeswax, makes a salve for bug bites and irritations. It also used for pain relief. The yellow flowers make a red salve! I like that he goes with you to tell the flora and fauna of the properties.

Omg Andre you are brave being allergic to bees! Joseph, I wonder if Andre and you start another channel all about farming and homesteading, like beekeeping, for example? In my home country, the Netherlands, in the old days the schoolchildren wrote on schist (lei steen). Also they used it as tiles on the roofs of old churches.

Thank you for another wonderful farm for sale.. I love it and in my younger years I would've loved to tackle the project and make it my home. Like another follower stated and I think you did too, someone is going to be very happy there. Just a lovely, vibrant land with great soil and plentiful water, and that chestnut tree! What would be a realistic budget to rebuild a ruin like that? I wouldnt want anything spectacular just a kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 beds.

Do you have to rebuild the ruin or could you build something new in a different location?

if wanting to relocate to Portugal from the UK how is it done now? Damn Brexit

Hi! Brexit complicated it, but it is still very doable, check your visa options, normally a retirement visa would be a D7, a business visa would be a D2 (maybe if looking to start a farm for profit), other visa options exist too which may be more favourable to your personal situation 😊
