This was a great tour by a great agent!

More loft houses should be build and promoted it actualy gives more a peaceful vibe and views are spectacular. Just imagine having a loft house looking out into a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

@@KlopasStrattonRealEstate ya'll should go have a look at Geometric design it's a youtube channel the designs are draw dropping and some of them are as small as 42 square metres. These designs are suitable for the middle class which can also make it look and feel like thier pockets are a lot deeper than it actually is.

Now this is a LOFT! Coming from a NY’er who was born in Chicago but left decades ago! Lots of rooms nicely divided without being too cut up. How much was the asking price? Best true loft I’ve seen in any Chicago video by far! And the city views 😮🎉

Stupid question maybe, bear with me. Is it ok to have exposed ceiling like that? Doesn't some cement (or whatever material is used there) turn into dust? Which can't be good for breathing. I always wondered. I get the aspect, the design, but is it safe?

Hi Eugene I actually happen to be in the unit right now and these ceilings are concrete but have been up here for close to 100 years there is zero emissions nor things falling from the concrete! But great question. Timber lofts may have some of those issues

Anthony - it is a very special home that required someone who appreciates atypical and not same old white box - was a happy day when it sold but at same time sad as i truly loved this home.

Can you do a "rent to own"? I can pay about a thousand a month.

Really nice only 2.6 m I'd greatly but I don't like windows, hard enjoy that view with checkered windows but nice place

Superlative 21st century home. Not what I would have done with the space, simply because my dream is to take a space like that, or one with a lake view, and turn it into effectively a Prairie Arts & Crafts home in the sky. But anyone who likes mid/post mod would be in paradise in this space.

In Denver, there is a relatively new built up area called River North, nicknamed RiNo (pronounced rhino). All these nicknames trying to imitate the areas of NYC but not quite making it. LOL

I have $10 take it or leave it 🤣

Amazing place. Too bad it’s winter half of the year.

The ceilings are not "soaring at 15" more like 13'.

Its a 3 bedroom loft with 5500 square feet, it was not cramped at ll - quite spacious

I agree with you - watching TV in the bathroom is an unnecessary as it is vulgar (I do not like having a television in my bedroom, but I accept I am in the minority there). But at this price point, in any property, you have to expect there will be items of taste you will need to change to suit you, and factor that into your purchase price. People with this much money, have the money to indulge their whims, so they do. Now, it's the turn of the next buyer to indulge their whims.

When I stay at luxury hotels, many of them have a tv in the mirror. It’s great for watching the news in the morning while getting ready - and my husband can continue sleeping. This is a beautiful home. Anyone else picture themselves in these rooms throughout the video? I sure did! 😂

The STEPS throughout the unit are sure to be a tripping hazard.
