It's not about fallin in total agony by doing the ice-bath, it's about setting an stimulus to removed your hormons. so 5 min. is more than enough. it's about health and not overdo it like you done it before in the gym for years. you saw what can happen.

Lazar I've seen you last video about you taking 50mg deca per week. I think you should throw some test in there as deca doesn't convert in to estrogen or take small amount of estrogen because it is needed for optimal health.
