Warfarin for blood clots requires hourly monitoring because it can cause uncontrollable internal bleeding. A treatment that takes clear up to 6mos in the hospital.

Yes hold the baby up so his head is resting on your shoulder. He needs to be able to strengthen his neck muscle at two months old he should be able to control his head a bit and he cannot. Also placing him on his tummy on the mat will help him to strengthen his head and neck muscles and stimulate his interest to look around.
