now and again a superb band comes along and you know they'll be around for a long time and our children will ask us about them ..I'm just glad they've been in my lifetime and I haven't missed out on the great experience that is Rival Sons..simply brilliant!!

saw these gentlemen in green bay wisc. may 12 2017 at the the sandlot.. They played their fucking hearts out for a crowd of about 150 people.. what a class act! BEST BAND IN THE WORLD ! Thank You RIVAL SONS ! GOOD HEALTH, LONGEVITY AND PROSPERITY ARE THE BLESSINGS I SEND YOUR WAY!

they`re awesome. I saw them live at Rock am Ring, never heard anything about them before, but now i love them and repeat the songs all day long.

In a couple of years this band will be one of the biggest bands out there!!

One of the best younger generation vocalists clearly inspired by those singers from the older generation. Awesome.

This is a band that people will rave about in 20 years, and we were privileged to see them this early in the game.

Can't stop listening to this band - haven't been into a band as much as I am into Rival Sons for a long long time. Yet to hear anything they've done that hasn't put that stuff in my spine that turns music into a drug. Now the inevitably long wait for a trip downunder.

I saw these guys open for Sabbath this summer, and they blew me away! Its nice to hear raw original music!

Rival Sons are saving Rock n Roll before our very eyes and I told Dave that a couple months ago. I got lucky enough to talk to him before the show.

I saw them several years ago at the Atlantic City HOB when they opened for Evanescence. I know very few in the sold-out crowd knew much about about them beforehand but they quickly captured the venue. I went over to their booth after their set and bought one of their CD's and had a nice conversation with several of them...nice guys.

Enjoy it as much as you can while you're young. It all goes by so fast. See your favorites asap. Many are gone way too soon for one reason or another. These guys are great.

I just saw them last week in Ottawa, at a small bar. Maybe 150 people, but the show was unreal. For such a small venue, they put on a hell of a performance, and the set list was 6 songs longer than this one, all classics. You're in for a treat.

There are two different mixes one for broadcast and one for live if you see the rival sons live the keys are low in the mix...

It´s a TV production. This station always does shitty mixes. This is actually good! The keys could be a bit lower and the backings are too loud, that´s true, but overall not too bad.

I agree it's by no means terrible. It'd be a perfect mix for a Clapton gig but for an RS gig its not quite right

Saw him 4 days ago and he was better than last I saw them in 2012... lightyears better than this. No need to worry. He did all the high pitch stuff spot on and didn't set a note wrong. I was actually surprised how good they were, they've been on the road for a long time. They recorded it aswell(gothenburg), and did a fucking awesome version of Face of Light/Sacred Tounge. On fire completely!

Just got to see them for the first time last night open for Black Sabbath and they were amazing! They sound better live than on CD in my opinion. I was blown away!

Saw them last night in San Francisco and they had to cut the show short (only a 1 hour set) because Jay was sick. He looked like hell when they first came out. Said they had to change the set-list because he was not going to be able to perform some of the (more demanding) songs. Even so, the guy really put out, they sounded excellent. I hope he's better because they open for Black Sabbath tonight, it their largest concert, and an important one. Hopefully this band will start a new generation of old-school rock, because the current shit played by so many bands these dasy absolutely SUCKS.

Maybe I'm stating the obvious since this is the first time hearing this particular band but, they remind me of the Doors. The lead singer especially reminds me of Jim Morrison. Mixed with some Led Zeppelin. Love it!

Scott's mustache is just awesome!
