If modest flare is what you're after you should give the Spank Wing 12 Vibrocore bars a look. The tops are even "aero" style and are comfortable in the hand. Its a happy medium for me.

Velo-Orange Nouveau Randonneur bar has these EXACT specs. Maybe. The drop might be a tad more on the VOs. And the Nouveaus have been around a long time, so I don't think they're going anywhere or changing. Plus you can get them in shiny silver, so that's cool.

Using Salsa Cowbells right now and they have pretty similar specs to these. Made a world of difference from the really wide and flared stock bars I had before.

I put a pair of Cowbells on my road bike nearly ten years ago. Never want to go back to "standard" road bars again.

Backsweep on the top seems like such a great addition, I wish my bars had that.

Check out the Zipp Service Course SL-70 xplr bars! The flairs are slightly different, but equally as modest. I just put a pair on my Cinelli Superstar and love them for the slight flair and swept back tops!

Try the Ritchey WCS ErgoMax Handlebar. It appears to have the same flare and setback as the original Butano.

So I after my research the 'Ritchey RL1 BAQUIANO HANDLEBAR', and the 'Specialized Short Reach Alloy Flare' are our best options. The specialized ones have a really shallow drop, so those are probably the best bet... No backsweep, however :(

Ritchey Kyote’s, while hideously ugly, happen to be my favorite swoopy alt bars that don’t require a new stem in order for them to work. It’s almost like they’ve been doing this bicycle thing for a while.

Cut the bottom bracket shell at the bottom, pry the shell open. Cups will now turn. Install new bb loosely. Clamp the shell back together and Weld small sections at a time, waiting for it to cool. If it's aluminum JB Weld may be an option. I did this and got a couple more years out of a bike. Not for the faint of heart!
