Yes, banking apps work just fine no need to flash any module as it passes integrity

New Lena hai ya second hand? Aur budget kya hai iss hisab se dekhna hoga, mai brands bata deta hun- - Xiaomi - OnePlus - Motorola Ye tino brands ke liye support jyada hai, I recommend Xiaomi if you want more support but OnePlus has good brand value and moto has a bit less support, you can go with moto if you feel that you will start using roms after a few years. As their support comes a bit late... I hope it helps..

TWRP is available but it is not capable of flashing ROMs into the system all though you can flash other things but you cannot flash ROMs. That's why lineage OS recovery is recommended
