No, yaha par changing room available ni h. But ese m ap ye kar skte ho, ki koi esa cloth wear kro, jo quick dry ho, like polyster or lycra, ya fir ap changing tent buy kr lo, ko ki Amazon par available h, affordable h or carry krna b easy h

There is not any fixed location for the camps. It is just like hotels, there are many camping companies have their different different locations. Yes but all are quite far from city centre. You can choose your camp according to your budget.
Is Lakshmana Jhula open now ?

Unfortunately it is closed yet due to safety purpose. U can go to the other side of the river by boat.

Winter is the ideal time to visit both of these places, Haridwar & Rishikesh. You can go from October to February
