Ridiculous of Sunak to say that the British people elected him as PM, when they haven't . He was leader of the Conservative Party and therefore ,became PM because Tories needed a brown face to pass through anti -immigration laws aimed at non-white people from the Global South . Rishi had some of the lowest ratings for a British PM. Britain remains one of the most racist countries in the world - they just are ace at being subtle and building a great narrative about themselves wrt to fair play & rule of law.
