Think it was just a flow in which he accidentally used the words. You can see the respect he gives Gorakhji by personally removing the stand on the stage and ensuring that the audience gets a full view of him. The use of the word bajane wala hain was a slip and not intentional....

That is Urdu grammar, when you say shaks, aadmi like this without name you use singular, Rishi kapoor said woh shaks bajaanewaala hai, when he used his name Gorakh sharma he gave respect.

The theme is taken from George bensons (1978) WE AS LOVE and not created by Mr gorakh sharma though he has done a remarkable job by adding some extra notes

Agam Goel yes, it seems he said sex even though he could have said sax (as in saxophone) too but he did not say that. Since sex, violence and glamour sells the movies, so he must be comparing the story line of Karz with Qurbani etc.
