Tbh it's probably a better game than the X1 version since they've had time to find the bugs in the X1 version and fix it. With a game like Tomb Raider, being released 1 year later on PS4 really isn't that bad.

I've got the original ps4 and original xbox one and pre ordered the ps4 pro and definitely wouldn't buy a ps vr for one mission the game isn't even that good lol

So will I! They dropped the ball bad for this game. That's what happens when greed takes over. I'm just as salty as I once was when it was announced the game was going to be a limited time exclusive for Xbox One.

agreed a game can be exclusive but if you take a game that was not exclusive and then make the sequel exclusive you are asshats the exception is bayonetta 2 because without Nintendos funding they would have never been able to make a sequel.

That's debatable. I hated the actions they pulled, but I liked playing the tomb raider games. It sucks so much. However, I know I'll never pay full price for it.

This game is incredible. I also wish they'd remaster the classics in these type of graphics. Exact same plot and levels, but updated game mechanics, new voice actors, etc. that would be phenomenal.

Why is this so underrated ???

Finished this game right now, and i gotta say: it's incredible. There are of course some minor flaws but that's it, the rest is an extremely well done job. The ending spoils out a sequence (imo) and i have seen something online it'll probably happen so cheers! I had the pleasure to play it on max settings on PC and graphically it's 10/10. I got thiis 20 yrs anniversary version on Steam with a great discount and i recommend if you're a gamer or simply a fan of the old series to get it right away.

I love Tomb Raider and Lara Croft is definitely one of my favorites game character.

I'll be getting this on PS4. Tomb Raider is 1 of the best video game series ever, a classic, I enjoy playing it with family and as a child I played it with friends too. You Rock Lara

I love this Tomb Raider and this game so much that I already played and finished it 5 times. Can't wait for the next one! It is easily one of my favorite games!

Lara Croft is Mother of Nathan Drake in Archeology

Stunning visuals and a perfect voice actress for Lara herself!

If only the retro outfits had high poly version, I guess those classics shorts are too sexist for 2016.

aSHTEBALA​ Yeah, but sometimes it's nicer to have the low poly versions, it's more reminiscent of the history of the game, the low poly lara croft model from Tomb Raider 2 was a very nice addition to the game and brings back a lot of memories with the franchise, the antarctica costume from TR3 was remade as a costume for the new model of Lara, but it felt nowhere near as nostalgic or archaic.

+It's actually really hard to choose a name. Anyhow it's always nice to see an old thing in gaming and how it would look with new graphics, like the mansion in Resident Evil and that bob omb level from Super Mario 64 remade in galaxy or the guardsman in Half Life 1 remade in Half Life 2. They can give us both the retro looking Lara and the retro lara in new graphics

Played in Xbox but didnt finish it can't wait to rack the 🏆 on my primary console PS4 and November with the pro in 4k😎🎮

How comes here after watching that playstation on his 10 years giving this game for free.

Yeah same. I didn't really see a problem with it. The game was great so graphics didn't matter all that much to me.

That's the spirit, that's what I need if I think about and/or play Tomb Raider: Lara Croft games.

Doesn't matter to me, it's still a year-old game. Believe it or not, this had dampened many a PS4 gamers' anticipation for Lara's second rebooted adventure. No amount of DLC can make me buy this game at 60 dollars!

I've waited enough personally, Uncharted is a poor substitute for Tomb Raider games. But it's always smart to wait if you are low on cash or if you don't really care about the game. :)

FeniX_TX_ After playing Uncharted and then playing the reboot. I thought all the way through: "Man, I WISH Uncharted was like this!". The reboot was a great one and I'm happy to play it. Because it wasn't all about linear action scenes like Uncharted was, you could explore the world as well. And the combat had more "dynamic" into it. That game was a true action adventure. :)

Subject: Best TV options for playing video games? PS4 - Rise of the Tomb Raider - Options - “for the best visual experience, disable your TV’s dynamic contrast. Neutral settings will provide the most accurate color range” Hopefully TV’s will soon Automatically Detect when a video game system is in use & Automatically Adjust these things that may not be best for the gaming experience 😉

Tomb raider the best game there is awesome game.

I got the original release for free on my Xbox and just the main game (without dlc) was easily one of the most fun action games I had ever played. Looks like I'm gonna get it again.

Tomb Raider has certainly taken a lot of gameplay influences from Uncharted, and I'm not sure how I feel about this. No dual pistols yet either, that might have to change soon. Both the tomb raider reboot and rise of the tomb raider however have been absolutely fantastic, and while it's sad to see Nathan Drake's storyline end, it's nice to see Lara Croft in her glory again, just like old times. I can't wait for the next game, I do hope the developers remake the original games and tie them into the reboot.
