Sorry to hear that. I think that it’s unfortunate seeing some people online taking about bringing it to the attention of law enforcement. That would almost certainly be a dead end.

Used to get phantom tracking numbers from T/W way back when, long before the shit storm. I never ordered from them after that!

Thanks for this. I had ordered 3 figures from them in the past, no issues. I have recently ordered a figure and am having the same response as you, UPS says label is printed, no email communication for updates. This order was made on May 2nd and nothing is moving. I’m concerned.

I ordered the scarlet witch multiverse of madness the second it was available for everyone to buy! I received the email saying it’s been shipped etc. it’s been a month later and it still says in shipment. This is my second time ordering from them and I hope I get my figure in time. I’ve sent out so many emails and got nothing I’m not sure if I have to wait for the pre orders to go out first and then get mine but I hope it’s ok

Hi, i have the same issue, ordered a 1/6 figure (in stock), receive the email "shipped" they sendme a track number, but the number is not listed in HK post, is more than 15 days and not update, i made my purchase using paypal, i dont know if i keep waiting or make a claim

They gave me a fake tracking number for a preorder in june of this year. I believe it is just a scam site at this point

I recently received a real UPS tracking number, but so far UPS have failed to pick up the figure from Toys Wonderland? so far i have emailed Toys Wonderland 6 times, and so far, no reply? ..the figure is used (like new) in stock. I cannot see what the hold up is? :( EDIT: Weird! i just checked my email, and i received an email from UPS 'Your parcel is arriving tomorrow.' 'From TOYS WONDERLAND LIMITED' 'A signature is required for parcel delivery.' - ROCK ON!!! ..to be fair to Toys Wonderland, i have received many figures from TW ^_^

I ordered a figure from them because it was 20% cheaper than other sites, prepaid it, but then requested a paypal refund five months later when the figure was delayed because I started hearing bad things about the site and didn't want to take a chance. Not regretting that decision.

Yeah, just got my refund from PayPal for my last order and sent my fifth email to Toys Wonderland telling them to forget about my other preorders and I’m never ordering from them again.

Even tho I learned about TW because of him I had problems with TW way before the most recent Justin fiasco. Got burned twice by TW’s preorder nonsense neither of which I ever got a refund for. I’ve actually had only one successful purchase from them and that was an in stock item.

$775 in the hole with them. Short version , they won’t send anything I bought. Make an excuse why, gives me back store credit that doesn’t cover shipping. They want you to pay for shipping again, you pay and they don’t ship. rinse and repeat.

oys wonderland after a year canceled the Saturn toys batman robin. to this day they still owe me 50 usd in store credit they wont apply since it wasn't one time usage and i had to order 3 items to replace the value lost by this blatant act. BTW-0 they still owe me a jaxxon cape.. over 1 year ordered.. TW has used his good name as crooked as Toys Wonderland has used Mars toys. TW has grifted over $600 usd from me over the last year. Also a few hundred lost "hiding" as Toys Santorum . BTw SSR will be the next to sanction TW. beware.. .

Avoid at all costs they are crooks. Told me my order was ready to ship and I paid the shipping cost. Sent me a fake shipping tracking number. Then I sent emails over a number of months asking where my order was and got rude replies saying I was inpatient. Gave up a couple of months ago (after 9 months trying)and noticed they marked my order as refunded eventhough I did not receive any refund for my order or the shipping cost I paid. Never again

I have been a customer of Toys Wonderland since 2020, the once proud retailer has descended into banality and extreme unprofessionalism. I email them once a week about orders that are years overdue. Heed this you tubers warning, and mine. Do not send these slags your hard earned money, you will be waiting until the end of time to receive your merchandise. Do not believe their availability listings, they're pure b.s. Also does anybody know if Comic Sanctorum is affiliated with Toy Blunderland? Their webpages are exactly alike, as is their horrible service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!!!!
