This demo completely changes my mind re this module. Fist time I hear great sounds out of it. It's got to show that if you know, you know. Might consider getting one of these now. Superb demo, thanks for sharing.

I concur with the sentiments in this section, the previous demos I've seen (mainly heard, btw) have been like being told that Spectraphon is an overwhelmingly interesting creation but we're just not able to demonstrate that in a 30 minute video (we will instead talk about the sinusoidal partials generated by ye ol' Fourier transformations...). It took you 2 mins... Hahaha! This dark and lively corner of YT is one of my favourites. Makes me want to create music (which I do, but you rocket my impetus, so to speak, even though I am not making industrial stuff). I really hope Make Noise gave you the module for free. I'll call 'em if they didn't. ;-)

Yes and no, lol! I have 3 6Ux84HP, 1 3Ux84HP, 1 9Ux90HP, 1 6Ux104HP, and 2 4Ux62HP pallet cases. I’m done buying modules :) Ok, after fill 1U space in one of the pallet cases I’m done.

Hey, Joey! Although your style is not like mine, I still check out many of your videos. My local music store is shutting down their modular section (little demand for anything weird here in Korea, the land of sugary K-Pop nightmares) so I have scored a brand new Spectraphon at about 70% of regular retail. A bit of a bittersweet deal. Yeah, I get a cheap module, but I also lose my favorite vendor who I bought not only my first module off, but also my first Volca, my first Arturia hardware unit, etc. I've been with these guys the whole way, but the modular side of that has now come to an end. Sucks for them, and for me. Nevertheless - I am really glad I watched this! Patching the drums into the Spectraphon... Holy shit. Absolutely beautiful. I just got an Erica LXR from the same shop 2 weeks ago, rounding out the drum case I've spent the last year building. Now I will have the Spectraphon to mangle the shit out of that drum case. I'm sure I would have got around to patching drums into it, but it might have taken a while before I thought of it. Now I have it in mind before the MFer even arrives. Thank you!
