I've been on the carnivore diet for three months now and man it has made such a difference. No more crashing after a meal, no more going to the toilet half a dozen times a day. I've lost 9 kg in weight and I'm now just 2 Kg above my ideal weight. But last week I decided to cheat a little and I shared a doughnut with my daughter - oh boy was that a mistake - my stomach totally rejected it. I felt so bad, I thought I'd gotten food poisoning? But no, turns out it was just internals telling me it didn't appreciate being fed poison after 3 months of only getting good solid food.
So much work for so little nutrition. Thank you Goatis!
*"So simple" he says, but he has to empty his entire pantry to make the meals palatable to his taste buds. Severe mental illness*

Rip Assholestien is a great name.
REAL MAYONNAISE RECIPE: 1. If you don't have bacon fat, use lard (it'll taste justas good) 2. Make sure to bring the egg yolks to room temperature! The consistency won't be as good if you skip this step. 4. You can substitute lemon juice for the apple cider vinegar if you'd like. It will also do a great job of keeping the emulsion. 5. When pouring the bacon fat into the mixture, keep blending the ingredients at the same time. Do this VERY SLOWLY-the whole process of pouring the bacon fat/Lard should take 3-4 minutes, the bacon fat and the consistency seems right, stop mixing. ENJOY.

But besides that, first of all, that family isn't shy about saying they supplement a lot, and it's his skin texture, dead eyes, slurred speech etc. making him look bad/sound older than he is. That family started out with a good genetic base, so he is not going to get rid of his genetic base, he's just ruining it, his skin etc. with the bad diet. That's the point. Anyway, great video.

Wow, what's weird about his "recipes" is they seem like so much complex work to put together for things which are mostly useless sides, or if used as sides, wouldn't be much different alone on their own like the chicpeas. The chicpeas will not even make someone feel full, but they will feel weight down heavily after consuming that much, and ravenously hungry again in 1-2 hours. The sandwich he made looks like trash. Adding those liquid aminos just proves that something is already missing from the food to begin with. Never heard of a need to add supplements to food! All the food he eats is "yin", and I feel cold just looking at all those things.
