at 21 minion why is the decision to move mid if the team can just b there, and after team fails why is the decision to go so ham for zeri especially since u had to waste first q to kill tower? like bot is 1k gold probably and maybe even baits them instead of going in your team

Not all teamfights can be predicted. He moved there to help his team win the fight. It's just unlucky that they lost as he just got there. He's very strong to change the outcome of a teamfight. If they lasted 3 seconds longer they would have won the fight and ended the game. It all comes down to whether it's worth joining a teamfight or not. In this situation I would have personally done the same. Pushing botlane is definitely a good choice and the more consistent one though.
