This engine would've made an absolutely amazing historical war game. Just look how it renders all those people and how they move, push, and shove as a crowd. Imagine if instead about rioters and police, it's about the Gauls and Romans.

I know it's already been said but man...... the crowd mechanics of this game are fantastic. If other games like Total War took some hints, they could make some SERIOUSLY groundbreaking total war games.

This is such an interesting idea for a game. I love when game developers eplore different things instead of just following whats trending. The art still lives and goes strong on some game creators and this is beautiful!

I love how you can see each side's report on a situation despite you fighting for only one side

This game was based off of the personal experiences of its artist Leonard Menchiari who went to a protest that turned violent. That's why NO TAV is there amongst the 3 other more prominent movements - that's the one he went to.

Based on what I've seen on the video, this is what I can say. The conflict issues is based on real life, but the clashes (mission) on the game I've seen are fictional. Meanwhile, the game portrays how does the protest turned into riots. And, it simulates how does the protestor and the police acted on their situation to meet their objectives with the use of their skill and weapons they have. About the story cutscene in the game, it's not good, but not much bad. The cutscene has lifeless and lifeful. The cutscene is in pixel and in low graphic when too much near. But, the cutscene was saved by showing before and the start of the tension (Those scenes can also be seen in real life.) Honestly, I did not know someone would make a game about riots. The game has mixed ratings and no more updates since release 1.0.0. But, at least the developer tried. = Honestly, I think it is better to at least recognize and his game concepts than forgetting everything and only seeing his failures and negative. His game concept that he created is has kind a useful and can may adapt by other developers for future games. Also, honestly, I feel kind a bad sometimes to other games, because I and other people sometimes forgot their game concepts that has a lot more good opportunities such as creativity and improvements, due to seeing only on negative side of them.

This game is amazing it sucks there isn't many games like this out there

@@AnonD38 yesn't. The No TAV movement hasn't achieved any significant political victory since 2005, but the project's stuck in limbo, largely due to budgetary issues and the inability of the French and Italian governments and rail lines to coordinate on it.

It's Italy, you have to fight with your hands, with sticks and stones. But Police here never jokes around with protesters. If you are charged by the Italian Police, be sure to pray Mary for her protection or you will wake up on her side next time. And it's not a joke. We had cases where Police beated up so hard that some protesters died despite having ambulances directly behind the cops.

Yeah, people wish it was that simple. What has happened is: 1. The WEF won, because Trump Derangement Syndrome, chemicals in the food, TikTok, etc. Fools getting controlled by divide and conquer strats 2. Nearly all protests, riots, fights done today will do nothing to change things, make things worse and/or will be directed at other citizens, while the real villains get away (as they always do) Life is not a Disney movie. There is no good ending. Humans are a parasite and everything they do is so that they can get closer to extinction. Prove me wrong, please. I've been waiting my whole life to see society do that.
