@@amanplayz518 The Spanish word for the colour black is negro and so you can say that is fair enough, until you then think well what was Suarez saying then that needed the word negro/black in the sentence? Apparently Suarez had fouled/kicked Evra earlier on in the match and at the time of the spat between them later on, Evra asked Suarez why he has kicked him earlier and Suarez replied in Spanish what translates into English as 'because you are black'.

Lol. Saurez literally said I did it because you're black. The term "negra" is used regularly in Spanish speaing countries, why? Where a native is darker skinned than you then the term applies: Suarez's use was atypical of this usage. Why do I say that? My wife is Filipina and I was surprised to see them use the term regularly. Sadly, academia ruled against Suarez (who I believe did nothing wrong by using it, yet the high and mighty west thought otherwise!). Look how Edinson Cavani fell foul of authorities too.

No. Negro or negra is offensive in Spanish speaking countries and they know it, now people say negrito or negrita to soften the tone. I'd personally rather be called by name.
