This is by far the LONGEST video I have ever done but these gloves STARTED IT ALL FOR ME! I was 15 years old when I started collecting boxing gloves and the Ringside IMF tech boxing gloves started it all out for me. I would also say this is by far my most detailed review to date and for sure my personal favorite review so far. I really hope these gloves speak to you all as they have spoke to me. Ringside is one of if not my favorite brands out there because they have something for everybody! Used by champions and athletes worldwide, these gloves have really become the Ringside boxing staple and one of the most popular gloves of the last 5 years especially in the USA. Ringside started the IMF tech foam craze and most people call it "ringside foam" nowadays because of it. I put time stamps because of how long this video is, but I hope you all enjoy it. If you are looking for a pair of gloves at any level and you are thinking about getting a pair to start the sport out, I say look no further!

    I want gloves that I can practice with like on a bag but I also want to be able to spar with friends too. I'm looking into these gloves but I don't know which ones I should get. I want gloves with foam that won't wear down and that are good all around. What would you recommend.

    Hi Al, I'm truly lucky to have stumbled upon your channel and I've subscribed! Two questions that I really hope you can take the time to respond to: 1. I find myself landing my hooks to the body on the middle set of knuckles/joints instead of the main set of knuckles in 14oz gloves. Is this common? 2. I'm thinking about getting a pair of bag gloves which are really small and light--the ones that you see old school boxers use on the heavy bag. What are your thoughts on these please? As a follow-up as well, do we still put on handwraps if we wear these small bag gloves?

    If you buy Everlast buy from their website they have higher quality gloves I love the ones I got there. The ones made in India out of leather are worth buying the ones made in China are not. Their power lock leather gloves are great. Not the ones that are fake leather sold in sporting good stores,those are crap. I also have ringside, title, and Hayabusa they’re all great.

    power locks are ok but the padding deteriorates pretty quickly I agree they're more expensive gloves are of some what better quality but there are far more superior brands of gloves out there for the same pice. Never tried hayabusa gloves before but they did peak my interest when the t3s came out I'm just not a fan of dual wrist straps. I really want to try the h5s

  • @combat_corp

    @combat_corp

    Жыл бұрын

    @juanmedina9792 I do have a video on this as well, but for my own system, I divided gloves into 4 separate categories. Pillow style, Puncher's Style, and Defensive style. The 4th I just call a hybrid style that takes more of these. Defensive gloves for me are typically very rounded at the top with very thick padding to create distance between your knuckles and the target. Because of this, the glove is taller and sometimes more bulky. I call them Defensive because you see a lot of high rolling defenisve style of fighters use these gloves to block their head easier and catch shots better as well. Also, most Defensive punchers (in my opinion) rely off of counter punching much more and sometimes have hand issues. So I call these defenisve gloves because of the size alone and how rounded the are at the top. Maybe I could make a different name for them
