Ringo just refuses to age. He's 83 and still is vital, fit and quick witted. Gotta love his energetic youthlike demeanor. A remarkable man.

61 here. The first song that I can remember hearing and recognizing "words" as a small child, is "I Wanna hold your Hand". I remember it clearly, on the radio in my mom's old Plymouth, '64 or '65...

Ringo Starr you had been prominent in my early childhoood, you had narrated thonas and friend's early seasons which i was fond of as a kid, you and the other beatles music as well was another part of my childhood, you were especially my favorite since you played the drums, you started my passion for drumming and music altogether, however unfortunately that passion that was in my heart had died down but that part of me still is in the back of ny head after all these years. Hi Ringo all the Beatles music was outstanding incredible its indescribable how amazing everything was from please please me to let it be but 80 percent of the time when im watching the Beatles on KZread im always watching the performances when you 4 were young with those black suits and those voices and the sound of the guitars and the way you played the drums moving your shoulders when hitting the cymbals... just unbelievable... I'm 60 and discovered you when i was 6 a neighbor gave the 45 of i wanna hold your hand and never stopped listening... never ever get tired of the Beatles and i know all the words to the songs... over the years ive fallen inlove with many other bands by but when i get tired of them i always come back to the Beatles , never get tired of you... when you came to America in February of 64 i was in my mothers stomach and she watched the ed Sullivan performances , that's why maybe I love the Beatles so much i must have heard the music... to bad George and john left us so early but i wish you and Paul eternal life... forever john Paul George and Ringo... Beatles music will be listened to for thousands of years... thank you very much
