Irresponsible spending. How about make stuff work, fix stuff, instead of just costing more and throwing new stuff in. If you can't get it ready by racetime, that's your problem. But to have millions of dollars worth of crap (that the consumers really pay for), is not really right. And RV should be smarter with his money as well. His career will be over one day too.
