The act is signed. Rights and legalization of stay of refugees from Ukraine. President Andrzej Duda on March 12, 2022. signed the law on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with an armed conflict in the territory of that state. The new solutions enter into force, as a rule, on the day of their publication in the Journal of Laws, i.e. from March 12, 2022. and apply retroactively from February 24, 2022.
